Terms of Service

This is an internal system operated by Aditya for authorized personnel only. By accessing it you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in to and using the General Affair Digital System (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Authorized Use Only

The Service is an internal application intended solely for employees and authorized personnel of Aditya and its affiliates. Access is granted based on an email allowlist. You must not share your credentials, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the Service for any purpose other than your assigned duties.

3. Account & Authentication

Sign-in is performed through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your session. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content; or (d) copy, export, or disclose data from the Service except as required for your work and permitted by company policy.

5. Data & Privacy

The Service stores operational data such as facility maintenance records, task reports, issue requests, and basic profile information (name and email) obtained from your Google account for authentication and identification. Data is stored on company-controlled infrastructure and is used only for internal operational purposes.

6. Monitoring

All access and activity may be logged and monitored for security, auditing, and compliance purposes. Unauthorized access attempts are recorded and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Aditya does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
